General Information

On July 16, 2017, Beaulieu Group, LLC, Beaulieu Trucking, LLC, and Beaulieu of America, Inc., each filed voluntary petitions seeking relief under the provisions of Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The cases are jointly administered under Case No. 17-41677 (collectively, the "Bankruptcy Cases") and are pending before the Honorable Mary Grace Diehl in The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia, Rome Division. The Debtors continues to operate their businesses and manage their properties as Debtors-in-Possession.

Pursuant to the Bankruptcy Code (including but not limited to 11 U.S.C. § 362) a debtor is afforded certain protections against its creditors.  The Bankruptcy Code prohibits creditors from taking certain actions related to debts that may have been owing prior to the commencement of the Bankruptcy Cases.  If you believe you might be a creditor of one or more of the Debtors based upon debts arising prior to July 16, 2017 and you seek to take action, you may wish to seek legal advice. On February 9, 2018, Beaulieu Group, LLC and Beaulieu Trucking, LLC (collectively, the “Debtors”) and the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the “Committee”) filed their (i) Joint Plan of Liquidation and (ii) Disclosure Statement to Accompany Joint Plan of Liquidation.
